Don't waste time with Jumbo Gets

I AM MAD at MSOURCE. Especially now that memolink was so quick to fix the problem I had with thier sign ups.

I signed up for 35 jumbo gets and have yet (60 days and numerous e-mails later) to get credit for 16 of them!

I also bought a book through the site and wish I had done that elsewhere, like at MYPOINTS!

Thanks for letting me vent!

when I first started Milesource (early in the year) they seemed to be much better about credited for the Jumbo Gets. The last two I signed up for were in early April and I have yet to receive the points for them. I get the standard reply to my email - each company's reporting time for points is different... Then the Sklif points didn't credit! Now I just stick to the Click Fix and Trivia.

I've always had problems with the jumbo gets. I finally just stopped doing anything with it.

I have finally gotten my points for Sklif but it took about a month or so. I got credited 12 points 3 times. Hang in there.1

I am in the same boat. I have signed up for about 4 jumbo gets and didn't get points for any of them. I forwarded the sign ups to milesource and everything just like they asked but still got standard we are looking into it answers. Another email later I got the it takes time to credit them answer. I have decided they are never coming. Oh well. Don't bother with jumbo gets at milesource.
