From what I know, WDW sends pins to everyone regardless of their nationality. The deals used for them and the amount of them may vary. I know that some say that the international pins are great as they can be stacked where as the ones for USA/canada are not stackable and you can only use one or the other not combine them for a super deal say like free dinning and 40% off room deals. Things of that nature.

I am a Canadian and have received pins, just not to dates we plan to go!! Maybe I will get lucky this year!

I have also received PINs and I live in Canada. I have not been able to take advantage of any of them because they did not cover my dates. The last one I received was about 8 months ago. Still hoping for something for my upcoming trip!

Another Canadian here who has received a PIN code. I've gotten one twice and was able to make use of one of them (and it was 40%!!!).

I've received two pins this year, one for free dining and one for %off room. % off expires on the 31st. I plan to stay at POP in March think i will wait to see what January has to offer. Both of those offers went public so I don't get the point of it
