We haven't got into the baking classes yet. Those start in April, I think. After spring break.

Soups, sauces, stocks... We're doing veggies this week. If I wasn't skipping class to go to the doctor, I'd be doing braised cabbage, glazed root vegetables, and beer battered veg.
We did French onion soup, minestrone, cheddar broccoli soup, clam chowder, consomme, and... There was something else that I'm forgetting![]()
We've been getting a lot of this tonight!

We got to eat all of it, if we wanted to. I mostly just brought it home and gave it to my parents or to the BF.Clam chowder sounds awesome.
I left it in his fridge.
