I went to the Disney site & clicked on the "Contact Us" link & sent the following e-mail:
We have been frequent guests at Ft. Wilderness since 1974. We have noticed a tremendous decrease in not only the selection of, but the quality of the food served at the Breakfast Buffet and Dinner Buffet at Trails End.
Due to the fact that we are well acquainted with the Orlando area, we choose to go off property when we wish to have a meal.
A Food Court is long overdue at Ft. Wilderness - not the super-sized sites.
Unfortunately, I feel certain this will fall on deaf ears and that Ft. Wilderness will continue to be the "red-headed step child" of the Disney resorts. Too bad, when people pay as much for a cabin as they would the Poly or Contemporary, and they don't realize they are being treated so poorly in comparison to the other resorts.
Why doesn't everyone send an e-mail griping about T.E. - or whatever your gripe is about FtW. If enough people complain, maybe something will get done.
