What is one thing you should be sure to pack? Leaving in 27 days...want to make sure I don't forget anything I can't live without! :dancer:

June 5-13, 2005 Pop Century! :cool1:
First trip with DDs age 6 princess: and 4 princess:

Other than the obvious things like toothbrush and underwear, don't forget to pack aspirin, ibuprofen, or whatever you use and Tums or Rolaids. The rich foods don't always sit well.

Sunscreen! I pack a combination sunscreen/bug repellant from Avon.

Band-aids & neosporin, moleskin (for blisters), sunscreen lip balm, enough socks to change them twice a day, Wet-Ones travel packs, at least two pairs of sneakers or walking shoes (one always seems to get soaking wet).

Your Tickets, reservation info, PS confirmtaion numbers, etc....That's most important, Camera and film if not digital, charger for camera...

Oh and don't forget to leave all your worries behind at home and have a GREAT time!!!!

Room fresheners. Anything that is not aerosal. It is nice to freshen up the room and disinfect it. Last year I took my 3 and 5 year olds to WDW in flu season. Everyone was sick around us. I sprayed down everthing in our rooms and put purell on our hands several times a day. Wow, I sound like a germaphob! We were healthy the whole trip.
Tara

Ponchos, umbrellas, towel for parade, spray deoterant for feet, (no blisters)

Money, money, money.

Memory cards, extra batteries, battery charger, copies of insurance cards/DL/backs of tickets/credit cards, important phone numbers, print-out maps of directions to Publix/Walmart/Target.

Take a power strip (for all of the chargers, i.e. cell phones, misc chargers, etc). It helps centralize all of your chargers instead of spreading out all of the room with the few plugs available.

A multi-tool of some sort. Has many uses you never think of until you need it!

I second the sunscreen. Went to a baseball game today and now I look like a lobster!!LOL Bring lots and reapply often....and some aloe gel with lidocaine just in case.

Sunscreen, hand sanitizers, camera batteries/charger, extra memory cards/film, aloe gel (in case you get sunburned) ... that's most of what I forgot to bring with me last time :)

I am going to look at this from a different angle. I am going to tell you one thing not to bring. Don't bring any adults! Leave them at home. You are going to the happiest place on Earth and everyone of you need to be ready and willing to act like a kid. So no matter what happens, leave Grumpy at home.

:)

Sunscreen! I love hot weather and I love Florida, but the sun can be brutal.

Baseball caps for everyone. The sun is strong, but it always feels cooler when the visor keeps the sun off your face.

And ImoniumAD. As someone else said, sometimes the rich/different food hits you funny and you don't want to be stuck in a park rest room with "discomfort"

Your license! Can't fly without it. And keep a close watch on it while at DW, can't get back on the plane without it.

Gum. They don't sell it at all in the World.

Great ideas!

How about floss? I know it sounds wierd, but wouldn't it be a total drag to have to have disney popcorn stuck in your teeth and irritating you all day?

OMG are you sure you arent my dad?? When I got my new car instead of giving me a red bow or throwing change on my floor or whatever, he put dental floss in my glove compartment. :rotfl:

My mom actually used it once :rotfl2:

VERY GOOD INFO :cheer2:

THANK YOU
mary ;)

Just got back last week and the best thing I had with us was the aloe vera gel, I wanted the one with lidocaine but they didnt have any in stock up here, guess too early in the season. I ended up getting 2nd degree burns on my feet with blisters, that is another story from the sunburn. Also I brought our own antibacterial soap, safeguard. Sorry mickey soap just doesnt cut it for us.
