dont know where to ask upgrade after discount ended?

so I might need to cancel one of my rooms I used the 40% off code. My grandmother who was going suddenly passed away today. I have 2 rooms at sports booked... I was thinking of upgrading to a mod if there was a room, BUT the 40% off code ended today.. could I still swtich resorts and have the discount? what a horrible day... i need a a vacation now more than ever. just to clarify I'd cancel one room and upgrade to a mod with the other.. can this be done?

My limited understanding is that perhaps you can if a mod has availability on the discount for your dates. But a call to CRO would answer it for sure.
