While that's a more common room, that's still incredible - 8 nights as one wait list? Congrats! Here's hoping your luck rubs off on the rest of us.

Sorry for misinformation. We only had to wait list one might, but it was the Friday night in our trip. We figured it might not happen

A few years ago, we had a couple of nights at BLT and then were supposed to move to AKV. When we got to BLT, I asked if there was a chance of staying at BLT longer and, lo and behold, they were able to accomodate us at BLT for our entire stay! So, even when the wait list doesn't come through, there's always a chance......

Just had a wait list for BC in March come through at one day past the 7 month mark! The original ressie was for BLT and while I was on the phone to change to BW (just to be near Epcot) - the CM asked, in a funny voice, Are you sure? Your wait list for BC has filled! I had no idea! She said it hadn't been completed yet, but since she was on the team that does the changes, she could do it while I waited. I was thrilled!
Now, I'm crossing my fingers that our WL for BC in November comes through!

We got one night for one wait list filled thanksgiving week. Now we are trying for thanksgiving night. Pixie dust requested.

Just got four nights filled off the WL in a studio at VGC for early January! It's raining pixie dust over here! So surprised!

It has been a good year for waitlists for me. First, I got three nights at GCV in a studio in early November; so happy about this, it was a small miracle. Then last week my waitlist for four nights in a studio at Saratoga in mid-October Friday to Tuesday!!!!! I could not believe it. I thought we would have to skip Food & Wine this year because I was so late looking for reservations. Yay, I was wrong!!

So don't give up, you may get Pixie dusted too!!
