I've been checking a few times a day for Palo Brunch for my parents and me on the May 16 Dream sailing and for Nassau Day it's been consistently that look like it's available, but then the red "We are unable to book this" message.

Well, I just looked and got it for 10am!!!!!!!!!!

So don't give up hope!! Things can open up!!

That’s wonderful! I was able to get one last week for our cruise in late April. I kept looking each day, and I was able to book a sold out couples massage on castaway.

You really need to stalk the website to make sure you get what you want. Great job!

Last I saw, the buffet portion of the brunch is still not available. Is that still accurate? I'm thinking of just doing Palo dinner on our next cruise.

No idea. I'm happy to have it either way.

The appetizer buffet has not returned, but a sampling of some of the foods that used to be on the buffet is brought to your table as an appetizer platter. In looking at reviews, they've kept most of the things we liked on the appetizer buffet--cheese/charcuterie, seafood an pastries--it's just a smaller selection and served tableside instead of on a buffet.

To OP, happy for you! It is so exciting to have these things crop up. My reservation window ends in 90 mins, and looks like I won't pick up that cabana after all--haha that was a long shot for sure. At least we were able to pixie dust someone else--when rainforest room passes came back this week, we decided to pare back our drink tastings and spend the time in the rainforest instead, so some lucky person got our tastings. So yep, it does happen--people change plans for all sorts of reasons.

Oh my goodness.

We're going to be having brunch at the exact same time on that cruise.

Congratulations!
