Don't get excited I didn't solve the FW survey marker questions/River Country

Wow...wonder how many crazy people will actually buy a house here?

There are a lot of *******es in the world. Naturally, the line shortens when you are asked to pony up 1.5 million. I'd rather live in Isleworth....

Now those plans are cool. Thanks for sharing. No secrets now that the internet is so much a part of our culture. Thanks Al Gore. We owe you a massage! No magical ending though big guy! :scared1:

Haha Thanks...I think. lol

Here's a master sheet, its not that good of quality but it shows what they call Phase 1B, it looks like Phase 1A was only the entry road.

This first phase is pretty close to the Fort.

The canal that those 10 or so lots border is the same canal that runs behind the 1500, 1600 and 1800 loops, and ends at the dam behind the 300 loop.

If the homeowners have access to the canal . . .

And, it looks like they will . . .

They could canoe or kayak right to the Fort.

That makes the price seem more reasonable to me.

Terrible! The whole idea of Disney selling of it's property for a subdivision just really strikes me the wrong way. Especially if I have to one day look across the canal from the 1500 loop and see somebody's back porch. I mean I know about DVC's and all, but this is different.

We need to deter this from happening, come on people, more clotheslines with lime green thongs.

Ok, let's all pitch in and buy up these houses to keep the rift raft out of The Fort neighborhood. ;) I'll put in $5.00, that only leaves $1,499,995.00 to go for the first house. :thumbsup2 Come on people we can do this. :lmao:
