Ok, so I have quotes from owners in WH, WP and Encantada. I'm confused though...(and this may be a dumb question!)

These are all townhomes but the one in Encantada says its a villa. When I think of a villa it's a ranch like home with houses connected on either both sides or one side. But this place in encantada is really a townhome because it's more than 1 level. Why do they call it a villa then?

The name villa seems to be used as a generic for townhouse, pool house even condo. I guess it may have to do with where you're from. Seems like those from the UK and Europe tend to use villa for any of these.
