Did it yesterday. They do request some form of proof. I simply looked up the automatic email I was sent when I purchased, saved and attached a photo. They do ask for an email and last 4 digits of the credit card used which may be for purchasers who did not save the email. The site says it will take up to 5 days to confirm and in they do provide a immediate swap credit with the app.
