Great Job DDD's!

This has been such a motivator for me
and has kept me accountable!

miles : 57
Hours : 12

bike/wogging/core

I can't wait for some warmer weather around here!
It shouldn't be in the 40's in May!!!:scared1:

Have a great week everyone:woohoo:

Hey Triple-D's.

Just wanted to pop in and post my miles for last week:

36.05 miles/303 minutes

Everyone take care and have a good week.

Due to a hectic work schedule and a complete lack of motivation (I don't have a race to train for until January), I've been a complete slacker this week. 4.3 miles, 1 hour. Sorry, team.

Ed, No worries, we all have our slacker weeks. I know I have had my share!:cheer2:

I will keep up my streak of posting late, especially since I didn't get a beating from Vic. :rolleyes1

20 miles in 135 minutes

OK, I'm back from my busy weekend - I was managing an event and working from about 7am-midnight both Saturday & Sunday!

Here is my late report:
4/25-5/1
Running - 95 minutes, 7 miles
Core - 30 minutes

5/2-5/8
Running - 112 minutes, 8.2 miles

I have another busy week, so the totals for this week will be similar. Things really open up for me beginning on Saturday, and I am hoping to add some more consistent cross-training after that.

Here are my totals up to last night:

Running 16.62 Miles (6.22 was racing so 6.22 x 2 + 10.4 = 22.84) in 111:44
Weight Training 260 minutes

I leave for Italy tomorrow and will be doing some running and biking while I am there. I will do my best to track the mileage but might have to guestimate. I will be brining my watch to at least get the time right though.

Ah, Italy...have a great trip!

Gotta get my weekly post in so I can get to WDW for the triathlon! :cool1:

Somewhat ez week this week because of race/recovery/taper for next race. :goodvibes

Triathlon: 0.2 mi swim/11.1 mi bike/2 mi run--doubled is 26.6 miles/1:05 (well, 1:06, but I like even numbers)
Swim: 3.1 miles/2:35
Bike: 12.8 miles/:45
Run: 5.7 miles/1:20

Totals: 48.2 miles/5:45

Happy weekend!! Think strong thoughts for me on Sunday! (all freakin' day--ok, until about 1:45 pm):lmao:

I just looked at the spreadsheet and noticed that the times and miles were actually due in yesterday. I guess I need to pay a little closer attention to the way that they are trying to keep up with the info so here we go. Since my time for last week went thru Friday, this will be a short week's worth of distance and time.

Bike - 90 miles
Time - 13 hours

I am going for a new record this week. I am not going to say what my goal is but I hope I can really have a good week. Here is some team cheers :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: to the rest of us for a great week.

Bryan

:cheer2: Go for it!:cheer2: I'm sending very positive STRONG thoughts for you!:cheer2:

:cheer2: Hey team, where is everyone?:cheer2: I just drove 4 hours roundtrip to watch my nephew pole vault at regionals, totally worth the drive, he is awesome (and he loves his auntie and uncle coming)! Excuse my brag moment, but he is currently #1 in the state for a junior in high school and I am just feeling really proud of the amount of work he puts into it.
Anyhoo, my totals this week are a little low but 'it is what it is'. Hopefully next week I'll be able to get a few more miles.
295 minutes
11.5 miles

A combination of walking and cross training.

SamSam That's fantastic. It sounds physical fitness runs in the family. I know you are proud and with good reason. Congratulations on the excellent efforts also. You are always a consistant performer.

Week of 5/8 - 5/14: 37 miles and 245 minutes

Hello Triple D's!

My totals for last week:
Miles: 8.55
Minutes: 125

Have a great week of training!

I am off from work today and I am heading out for my workout. I thought I would drop a line real quick to see how everyone is doing.

Betsy How did your triathlon go this past weekend?

Bryan

Just wanted to report in that I survived. ;) I will write a real race report (long, I'm sure) later, but I am ok with how I did for the triathlon, and will be more than happy to count 70.3 miles X 2 (doubled for race), plus whatever else I do this week! My time was my slowest at this race with a 7:10, but I pretty much walked the run.

More later!!
Thanks for the cheers, Bryan!

sorry I didn't get a chance to post last week....

I promise to catch up on reading the posts this weekend...

for last week:

miles : 54
Hours : 11

bike/wogging/core

To try to stay on task for the spreadsheet, I am going to go ahead and turn in my hours and miles for this week. If I remember correctly, today is the day to do that. So here we go:

Miles: 158.75

Hours: 15.25

The good news is I did break my record for miles in one week. The bad news is that I fell short of my goal. My excuse is that I have been battling a head cold for most of this week and it made me take 2 days off. I have a goal to be able to hit the 200 mile mark. I just want to see if I can and with the motivation that I have been getting every time I read your posts. I do hope eveyone else is having a great week too.

Bryan:yay: :cheer2: :woohoo:  :grouphug:
