Hey guys! I haven't posted in a while, but I have been getting some workouts in.
In addition to my running workouts, I got some extra miles in. I went to New York over the weekend, and walked all over the place - about 3 miles of walking total. Then I went for a long walk with my kids on Monday. After that my back was really bugging me, so I've decided to add some daily abs work to my routine to strengthen up my core. All this from someone who was a certified couch potato 2 months ago!
I'll post my totals for the week after my run tomorrow. This week and next need to be good, because in 2 weeks I have a schedule that makes me want to
, and I'm not sure how much I'm going to get done that week!
