Captain- I just got around to looking at the master spreadsheet and my hours for this last week look off. I had a total of 482 minutes for the week; I want the team totals to be accurate, so would you please look at it. Ha, you never know with me, sometimes I look at something compeltely wrong, so if it's my eyes playing tricks on me just let me know.

Today was a tm day of 7 miles in 1 hr 40 minutes plus .5 miles in 10 minutes of warm up/cool down.

Fixed.

My "Goes-inta" was a little off. ;)

Not a great weekend for me, starting out, because of some major jet lag. All I can say is that I am glad I did eventually get home, instead of getting stuck or having to drive the last 200 miles. So that is the bright side.

I will make up my bike ride tomorrow. I did do my long run today, so that was good. :goodvibes

Hey Triple D's!!!

Betsy - WTG with the long run!

Everyone - Take care.

4.25 on the TM for me yesterday.

:)

Vic why do I smell chicken eveytime I pass by your Tripple Ds.:lmao:

Slinking off now Panda:hippie:

I'm very happy now...I did my longish ride today. OK...longest ride this year, not that it is the longest ever. 41.3 miles. yippee! with a 1 mile run afterwards, in which I think I felt and looked like an old lady.

So, between yesterday and today, I have over 50 miles in 5 hours. cool. That's looking like a good week for me!:goodvibes

WTG Betsy - The run after biking was probably a really good thing. I used to bike long distances and would always walk afterwards, seemed to help stretch out the biking muscles.

More importantly, why are you sniffing the Tripple D's to see what they smell like. That could get you arrested or severely slapped in some parts of the country Mr. Panda.

And Original Bill knows, as he has experience with law enforcement. (I doubt in connection with "sniffing" though.)

Great job on the bike riding miles Betsy. WOW

That old Panda is up to no good!! LOL He better watch where he is sniffing!! LOL

I don't smell anything over here... :confused3

You guys are doing great! Keep it up...no wait... don't...Take a break... Stop and smell the roses... :goodvibes

More smelling, I am beginning to think others might find us a little offensive after our workouts. :lmao: Perhaps if we begin to smell to bad, little curious pandas might not get into trouble. :rolleyes1

Wow Betsy! Great job. I gotta get on the bike more!

Did my 18 mile LR yesterday. I'm thinking some wheels underneath me would have made it a tad more enjoyable!

Vic - Can you see about some sort of firewall that keeps the smack-talkers out where they belong?;)

Hey everyone! This has been a very productive week for me. I have been to the gym everyday since Saturday. I usually go 4 or 5 days a week anyway but last week I had a few issues that was keeping me away. I am still going through some of it but I am getting my focus back on what is important. Here are my totals so far for this week:
Sat - 4 miles in 30 minutes
Sun - 6 miles in 50 minutes
Mon - 10 miles in 1 hour and 40 minutes of weights
Tue - 6 miles in 50 minutes and 45 minutes of weights

So far for this week, I have 26 miles, 3 hours 10 minutes worth of cardio and almost 90 minutes worth of weight training. I'm not to the total of Betsy (WTG!) but I am already ahead of last weeks totals. Let's get going and catch up to the others. We are falling behind.

WTG! You are definitely getting your focus.
I did 4.1 miles outside (beautiful sun, nasty wind) today in 47 minutes, then went to my local fitness center for a class in weights. It was a fantastic 30 minute weight class.....then home to shower to go out to eat for our 36th anniversary. Training comes first!

Good job guys! Keep it up! It seems much easier to stay with it once you're in a groove, rather than picking back up after a few days off.

I struggled at my run workout tonight....after the bike yesterday (I really need to get out on it more!) and the LR on Sunday, my legs felt like concrete! I had no idea that still air could have the same resistance as quicksand! But somehow I did get warmed up and got a few miles in. Tomorrow is swim, and maybe a bike, but I might have to move the bike workout to Thursday because of my work schedule.

Everyone is doing great here. I am in a short taper mode for the race Sunday and then I get to reevaluate my training plans for the fall.

Bill
