It seems like eons ago that I popped in here to give you a little free training advice for the challenge. So, here goes this week's advice. Whatever you do, do NOT oversleep and be unable to make it to the gym in the morning. Do NOT blow off your workouts to go to happy hour. And do NOT stuff yourself on Erica's birthday cake so that you can't run/walk/bike/do downward facing dog without getting ill.
And that little bit of reverse psychology trash-talking is offered to you in honor of Erica's coursework & as a belated happy birthday to her!
