You can see Donald at Animal Kingdom is the Donald's Restauranouras. You can also see Donald for dinner at Chef Mickey's. He is dressed in a chef hat and checkered apron. We just ate there last Saturday and it was the best!

keep in mind donald's is a breakfast buffet. this is the one we really enjoy the most. good luck!
