Hello Disers! I read on a website that the above-mentioned character breakfast was closing as of 11/5/07!!!!??? Anyone know anything about this?? thanks!!!

That's correct, however a character breakfast will be available on the other side of the park, at Tusker House.

The characters are moving to the Tusker House. Starting on 11/17, Tusker House will be a TS, serving buffet meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The character breakfast will be Donald's Safari Breakfast. Restaurantosaurus will be all CS- no more sit down meal.

Didn't see your post, but found out the same thing today from MS.

Does anyone know if we can start making our ADRs for Tusker House? Will it be the same type of buffet that Donald's had?

as of right now, they are not taking ADRs for the new Tusker House character breakfast. i keep calling back every other day to check to see when they might start taking them but so far the CMs say they do not know anything.

AFAIK, it will be the same characters that are now at Donald's Breakfastosaurus- Donald, Goofy, Mickey, and Pluto. Characters at b'fast only. Rest of the meals will be buffet, but no characters.

Phew I was almost devasted then. Donald is my boy and have spent many hours trying to track him down in the parks. I usually guaratee a hug by insisting to my husband that we have breakfast with him in AK. Had the Disney blues since my wedding in Oct 06 (yes had Donald and Chip n Dale came along - such sweet memories ) Anyway we've just booked to jet off in March 08

Glad to here they haven't canned a meal with Donald altogether and better put my elasticated waistband on if he's at Chef Mickys too
