Donald's Breakfast?

We are staying at ASMo this fall and have an 8AM breakfast at AK. Has anyone done this at ASMO before? Did you drive or catch a bus? What is the best way for us to get there? We have done it other times from other resorts and the bus always got us there fine, but since we are so close to AK I was thinking driving might be the best option! What do you think? I'm open for suggestions! It is not an EMH day either when we go!

Your best bet is to take the bus. They will not open the gate at AK until 8am so if you drive you will need to wait to park. It was a pain in the you know what. Buses start running at least an hour before park opening.

We had ADR for Donald's before opening last December and we just got the bus at our resort (POP) - it was running without a problem. I will say, they were allowing cars in the parking lots early, too though. I think the bus is safest, plus you get off closer to the entrance.
When you get there, look for the CM with the clip board. He/She will verify your ressie and you will be allowed to enter before the crowds. You may want to plan to be at the gate by 7:30 or earlier, so you don't have to deal with the opening crowd at the gates and the crowds as they enter. That will get you to Dinoland in plenty of time for your ressie. We had a great breakfast. Lots of fun!
