Donald Dollars Email Code

Hi

I placed an order last week at Disney Online and the Donald Dollars were added to my order in which they were to email me by today the code so that I can get the $25 off. Anybody else not receive the email yet?

I received a confirmation that is was mailed. I am assuming it is coming regular mail. I am going to give it another day, then call.

My Donald Dollars coupon code was emailed to me this morning.

I placed two orders, one on 4-14 and one on 4-16. I received an E-mail for the digital dollars for the order of 4-15 the next day.

For the 4-16 order, I received an E-mail saying the digital dollars had been shipped, click on the link to track the order, and of course no tracking number. I sent an E-mail on 4-18, but never got a response.

Yesterday, I received the order I placed on 4-16. The invoice states "The following item (s) backordered, to be charged." for the digital dollars. I called guest services. I was told they were running behind on sending the digital dollars by E-mail and that I would get them in the next couple of days. I received the code by E-mail this morning.

I called today because I still hadn't gotten mine...
...and found out that the email address on my account (actually my DH's account-first time we used it) was wrong! My dollars got emailed to someone else! YIKES

The Wonderful CM said she'd see what she could do and get back to me. I heard from her about 90 min later...she told me that they will email me today with a new code!

I was so grateful as it was MY error, not theirs.
