DVC Coffee Snob Thread (non snobs welcome too)

I have a slightly larger pour-over for home--I can serve 2-3 people with it. I do not have the capacity to make coffee At Scale, but I am usually only brewing for one.

ahh I had a Chemex that was large like this. Honestly cant remember if it broke or if I gave it to my Mom. I hated folding the Chemex filters. But I have since learned I was making it more complicated than it needed to be.

That's why I don't have a Chemex. I put #2 cones in this, and they more or less fit fine. (I don't use only the permanent filter; I don't want to grind as coarsely as that would require.)

I do. I have so many coffee contraptions.

Espresso machine (decided its not worth it to use much)
V60 Pour over (use several times a week)
French press (use rarely, but will use it for Cacao "coffee")
Percolator (use when my mom visits since that thing is frustrating with the filters, but it makes the best coffee for more than 1 person)
Keurig (take this on my travel where I am driving)
Nespresso (use this often)

I no longer have an espresso machine.

I've got all the rest and an old Tassimo machine.
I liked the Tassimo pods better than Nespresso, but it became difficult to get easily.

I keep a small supply of Nespresso and occasionally will make it for me but friends go for it all the time when they come over. (I have a small coffee bar set up.

Love french press coffee when I get a grind I like. Again, when I need coffee in the morning it's work and I rarely drink it later than breakfast.

Percolator and pour over are gathering dust in the pantry high cupboards.

So I default to Keurig on an everyday basis because it's just easy.
