I was trying to book 2 rooms for the second week in November (8-13) and no rooms are available? Is it fully booked already???

Are you calling or looking online?

Could be a high convention time and rooms are being held back. Usually released as the the time gets closer.

From the Starwood Preferred Guest site, it looks like Nov 8-10 are the problem. There's availability before and after that. Any chance you can change your dates a little, or split with a different resort?
