Hi! We (family of four) are staying at the Dolphin hotel for the first time in two weeks. Any preferred rooms or room locations I should request? By any chance does anyone have an email address for the hotel for such requests? Thank you!!

You can make room location requests via this web page link below or by calling the Swan / Dolphin in-house Concierge Desk at 407-934-4000. Once you tell us what room category you have reserved and what your priorities are such as close lobby, elevator, balcony or no balcony (there are specific room categories for resort view, balcony, etc...). Someone might be able to make some recommendations.

Regardless of category, we usually request rooms on a high floor with the best possible view. Enjoy the Dolphin! We stay at either the Swan or Dolphin for at least part of every stay in WDW.

Ditto! It’s our favorite resort. Be sure to read the first few pages of the Swan and Dolphin thread here. Lots of good info there. Ask any questions you may have about the resort there. We are a friendly bunch and are always happy to help. :)

The one thing I wish I knew before my first stay is that AAA gets you 20% off all the casual restaurants: Picabu, Fresh, Cabanas, Splash and Garden Grove.

The food is very good everywhere at the resort. If you want to have dinner at the Garden Grove, go Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the Seafood Sensation buffet. It’s marvelous. It has characters, and you don’t need an ADR, plus the desserts are out of this world.

We love the taqueria at Picabu. It’s similar to Chipotle. If you get anything there, make sure you visit the “Salsa Corner” in the back of the seating area. The homemade sauces and salsa there will blow you away.
