If you want to go out after the parks close, pick the Dolphin. You have the ESPN Club, Big River, and (best of all) Jellyrolls to go to after the parks close.

Dolphin for sure! A of A is awesome but I wouldn't choose it for an adults only trip. Dolphin is nicer, better location, and you can just take a cab to the airport.
