Dolphin /Nat'l car rental...ever run into problems?

Need a car 12/25/28...booked one 12/24-28 just now...but yesterday when I called and talked to a Nat'l rep, she said both the Dolphin and WDW car care center were sold out for what I needed, including 12/24. I would sure hate to get there Xmas Eve and not have a car...anyone ever run into this?

BTW...rate is 157 for 4 days, drop off at MCO for a full size. I guess it is ok for peak holiday time.

Have used the National at the Dolphin our last 4 trips-never a problem. Even when the MCO car rental agencies and the Dolphin desk had signs-"No Cars Available" -We had ours in 5 mins (since we have a confirmation).
