Dolphin Holiday Cancellation Policy

I rang the Dolphin a couple of weeks ago to extend my stay and they said they would send me confirmation by post. I didn't take much notice of this, as in the past I have NEVER recieved this confirmation! :rolleyes:

However, this morning, the confirmation dropped through the letter box! Very surprised, to say the least, and it was really nice to get something from WDW! :D

Something which took me by surprise was when I opened it as found that the cancellation policy is 15 days - apparently this is a Holiday Cancellation Policy which I didn't even know existed, I thought the cancellation policy was 5 days.

Has anyone else booked in the Dolphin/Swan during the Holidays been told about this 15 day policy, as no mention was made of this when I booked.

I'm not sure of the cancellation policy, but just wanted to point out that the Swan and Dolphin are not Disney owned and that may be why the policy is different.
 
The Swan/Dolphin have a 5-day cancel policy - so I'm guessing it is a change for the holidays.
