Can anyone tell me what the SICO bed in the Parlor is like? Is it comfortable.

What kind of discounts if any can you expect on these suites (2 room) in late September? The quote I have now is about $850 a night.

Trying to decide between these suites and DVC villas?

If you have stayed in these suites, was it worth it? Would you stay again

Thank You!

If you are refering to the 2 bedroom exec suite, they are wonderful. We usually stay here for 2 nights over the weekend before moving into our DVC Villas at BWV.

The suites are larger then the DVC villas, they have 3 bathrooms, and lots of living space. The major draw back is not having a kitchen. We really get a lot of use out of our kitchen.

Also, if cost is a factor. You could rent points from a DVC member and probabaly pay about $2100 for the entire week in Sept. The exec suite would run you about $8400 without a discount, if you got lucky and found the $850 you are still talking $5960. I do mine strickly on Starwood points so I've never paid the $1200 per night.

The murphy bed is king size and my husband and I slept on it during our Dec trip as we only got a 1 bdrm. and it was fine.

Even with all my plusses I still would rather stay at my DVC resort.

We've had the sico bed at the Dolphin before & my son (16yo) slept on it. He said it was very comfortable. He has back problems, so a comfy bed is important to him.
