Dolphin Entertainment Discount

I just called the Dolphin and was quoted $162.50 (without tax) as the Entertaiment rate ,but, when I use DU website I get a different rate of $147.50 (without tax). What's going on ?? I thought the entertaiment rate was supposed to be the same no matter where you book it. Anyone know??

I called the other day to book a room at the Dolphin with ET rate and was quoted $162.50/nt for Aug 04. I booked it... Yes, ET rates are out thru Sept 04.

So today I called the Dolphin to get the address to send the check for the deposit. While on the phone I asked for curiosity sake what the price for the Swan would be for the same time. She said that would be a little higher... $162.50, I say, that is the rate I was quoted the other day for the Dolphin. She checks my ressie and she says it should be $147.50 and changes my rate!!!

So I'm pretty happy with the rate I got since I don't qualify for the nurse/teacher/govt. discounts.

So bridgettsmom, I would call again and verify the rate.

I guess I'll keep calling until I get someone who knows what she's doing.I will try asking what the rate will be for the Swan to see if it helps.Geez!!

Wow, I called again today and asked for the entertainment rate again and was given the rate of $147.50 for the Dolphin.


Thank you you just saved us $75.
