Dolphin encounter

we are trying to decide if we are going to do the Sea Life Park dolphin encounter with my 5 and 3 year old granddaughters. Has anybody else done this? It is the only on their that they can do based on their ages. What I'm wondering is if some of us that don't want to actually participate can watch or if you have to pay to particular even to watch them. Their dad and mom will be doing it with them of course and probably I will too, but my parents will also be on this trip and they don't want to get in the water.
