Dolphin Discovery Observer, Lunch, Drinks and Beach (CZ25)

We will be going on the 7 night Western SWDAS and wanted to see if anyone has done this excursion before. We wanted to see if the beach and pool would be fine for a 3 and 6 y/o. Also any reviews on it would be great. We will be doing the dolphin encounter at Grand Cayman instead of Cozumel. Thanks in advance!
