Hey Dolly............

I used your template for the Valentine Pillow Pockets to make DS's Valentines........... here is a pic of just a few of them. I made the Saints one's for his friends and the Cardinal one's for his teachers (school mascot is the Cardinals). I was able to get an edible candy bracelet into the small ones and 3 chocolates into the larger ones!!!

Thanks So Much for posting the template!!!!

You are sooo welcome! They turned out great and you are a great photographer on top of DISigner! I love finding templates. Here are a few places where I get mine:

www.jersgirl.com

www.bellesprintables.com (she also has a lot of great ones that she has already made for different holidays, so look in her "free templates" and her "free printables")

Do you live in Louisiana? If so we are neighbors. I live in East Texas.

Dolly, we used them as well and made paper flowers to give out with them as well. It was a huge hit, everyone loved them! :lovestruc

The paper flowers are SO easy! I never knew how to make them until we did Give a Day, Get a Day and this is what we volunteered for! We made paper flowers for a local residential facility that they were going to deliver on Valentines Day. It was great!

Let me see if I can describe how to do it. It really is VERY easy.

You take a number of squares, usually 6-8 (this is tissue paper cut into squares) and you fold them like an accordion (remember like how you made fans as a kid?)

Then you take a pipe cleaner and put it around the middle of the accordion and attach it to itself. (this is the stem)

Then you spread out the tissue paper and then lift eat piece separately. This forms the flower. That's it! It's easier than it sounds and a lot of fun. You can cut little notches on the edges or use multicolored paper to change how they look!

There are more pics of us volunteering and making them in my PTR below, you can find the post I wrote about them by looking in the table of contents on the first page of my PTR! HTH! :goodvibes
