Dollar Store near WDW? for helium balloons?

Posted this question on the DVC board. Thought maybe some of you would know.


Having a birthday party at OKW and need lots of helium filled balloons.

Can I arrange to get them through guest services at OKW? I would be willing to pay a charge - don't expect them for free.

If they can not guarantee it or if the charge is unreasonably high, does anyone know a 99 cents or a Dollar store or party store nearby where I can pick up some balloons?

Have car - will travel!!

Besides, I will need to pick up food, drinks, cake, etc...
