Does anyone know of any codes or anything available for a free upgrade using Dollar car rental?

Dollar doesn't do the 'free upgrade' offer very often. Instead they usually just discount their rates when you use a promo code. Most comprehensive listing i've come across is at http://www.pcpages.com/rentalcodes/

If you joing Dollar's FASTLANE, a one free car class upgrade coupon is included in the kit. I got one in Sept. when I signed up and again when I told the Dollar rep I lost my FASTLANE ID card. They just sent another FASTLANE kit that included the upgrade coupon.
