You give Dollar your vital info, including credit card, ahead of time so they don't have to sign you in. Last March there was one guy just finishing up in the FastLane when I arrived, there were about a dozen people in the normal line. I was out of there before the other line moved, less than 5 mins. I had the keys and located the car in the lot, walked back to the baggage carousel and got there before the rest of the crew could collect the bags. We were out of MCO well within 20 minutes of stepping off the plane. If it's still free, get it!
