I too was hoping to find out whether Dollar brought back the straight to garage option..
Seems that they may have fewer customers judging by response to your question.
I submitted the question to a customer service link about a week ago but no reply from them yet.
I did book today for a late April trip as the rate was pretty good. Guess I’ll know then!
