Dollar Express

OK, am confused easily and I am filling in the registration form for Dollar Express and it is asking me to choose a preferred car type. (have just booked the minivan through usrentacar.com yay)

We want a minivan 7 seater thing.

What option do I select and does it really matter if I get the wrong one?

Do I choose Van (I don't want them thinking they can try and give me one of those horrible bus like vans though)

Or do I choose something else,

And why don't they just have a section for minivan to stop me from getting confused.

OK now I am having all sorts of problems with registering.

Has this service changed and no longer open to anyone who wants to join?

It asks me for a business and I had to enter some information which wasn't an issue as we have a small business but still.

It doesn't like my drivers licence number as it contains letters and numbers

and thinks my credit card number is incorrect even though it isn't.

Well confused now.

Nevermind I doctored my licence number and left out all the letters in my licence number and re entered my credit card number and it has all been accepted.

So you can probably all just ignore this thread.

We have just got a voucher through for a free day's car hire with Dollar Express....... so worth signing up for!!

As a member can you use the Express line for bookings made through anyone, i.e. US Rentacar?

I have read in another thread though that you can but maybe someone can confirm for sure.

I always email Dollar Express and give them voucher number etc.. and have had no problems at all!! Save's loads of time!

As said yes you can, as long as its a dollar car it doesnt matter who you have booked the car with
