Dollar Express Car Pickup in Orlando ? Help !

Hi,
We can't remember what the procedure was picking up our car in MCO using Dollar Express ? Do we have to go to the Dollar Express counter, Kiosk or pre check in and go right out to the garage ? We would appreciate any help !

Follow the signs to the garage. There will be a monitor in the window of the Dollar booth in the garage with your name and a stall number where you can find your car. Your car will have a cardboard tag hanging from the rearview mirror with your paperwork and the keys will be in the car. Drive to the exit booth and hand over your paperwork and driver's license and you are on your way.

I have arrived after 11:00 PM to discover that Express service doesn't run all night. In that case, you need to wait in line with everybody else in the terminal to get your paperwork.

The first time you use Express, you may not have a pre-assigned car waiting in a stall. Your name will be on the board in the booth with "see agent" listed as the stall number. The agent in the garage may either assign you a car or let you pick from a row close to the booth.

And as with anything, your mileage may vary but I have done Express many times, the most recent in October.

Is that true for all reservations? We used Thrifty/Dollar but with a membership in Blue Chip program bypassed the inside counter to do a similar pickup. The counter assistance was packed.

Hi,
Again we will be using Dollar Express @ MCO. This time our flight doesn't arrive until 10:30 pm. One of the posters said that Express in the garage doesn't operate all night ? Does any one know how long it does stay open ? We don't want to have to stay in line at the counter if we can help it !
