Is the Dole Whip Stand Open during the first week of Jan??

We have not had good luck finding the dole whip stand open. We usually head that way first thing in the morning and it never seems open. I think it usually opens later in the day (when we are in the other part of the park) Some day we will find it open and try one (really!)

Check your map when you get there and don't be surprised if it is open only later in the day.
