Aww Wendy, I can totally empathize with you. While a part of me likes being the "knowledgable one", planning for other people is a great big chore.

AND yay, I'm at MGM on that Monday too (at least for now, lol). My days have stayed pretty consistent, but I've been moving FP's around alot. Which worked out because I FINALLY got one for Mine Train on the 19th!!! Not relevant to your PTR, but I just wanted to share, lol. I got Anna and Elsa that day too. Big day!
That's great that you got Anna & Elsa AND a Mine Train FP! I will be the schmuck standing in the standby line. Wave to me when you blow past me, won't you?
And just as an FYI, I have FP for the Frozen singalong thing (you know, something new) on the Monday at DHS for the 12:30 show (12:10 return), ToT at 1:10, and RnRC at 2:20. Just in case anything lines up. No worries either way I assure you. I'm sure we'll run into each other regardless.
I won't be able to get any FP+ until I get there (Ugh. That story coming soon.) so we should plan to stop and say hey somewhere in between yours!

We traveled with friends (mom and 3 kids) and with her parents who live in Florida.
Airfare- roundtrip for 4 people, $452.00 total
Free 2 bedroom condo to stay in
Free admission to Sea World
2 days admission to WDW for 4 people, $150 total.
It was a deal we couldn't resist. But we paid in other ways...

Like you said- plan what you want to do and have a nice mix of things you are doing together and things you are doing apart.
Absolutely, and it will be nice to have our Epcot day all to ourselves too.
It probably isn't worth it for your SIL's family to go to EPCOT just for Soarin' - she is probably right that DHS is better for the kids.

OK so not getting 7DMT sucks but was probably not surprising, however you can always check after you use your Peter Pan FP to see if anything is available. Maybe not likely but you definitely have to try!!!

Other than ToT and Maelstrom (lol) they look pretty good. Depending on your feeling about Peter Pan that could be bad or good. Knowing how often you go I'm thinking it's iffy for you, but I'm surprised you got Soarin and TSMM this close to the trip.

Honestly with the tiering it makes choosing FP's that much harder. They all look fine to me.
I'm not a fan of the tier system. I like to pretend to like progress, but sometimes this new system makes me want to cry!
Ugh how frustrating when the systems down and you need FP+s!!! Don't they realize how important this is!!!!! lol Happy you were able to do it though. I find the app makes me more nervous I'm going to do something wrong and lose a FP+ instead of change it. Or change one when I'm just checking for availability!
I tried online again just now and it still won't work, so strange. It still works on my phone though.Honestly, if I lose absolutely everything else, but gain a 7DMT FP, I'm ok with that!
