I lost 3 lbs this week, so that allows me to claim my 30 LB clippie!

I'm so excited to get this beautiful gold clippie!

Now all I have to do is stay on plan while we're at WDW so I get to keep it! It's amazing how a new clippie motivates me to behave myself while I'm on vacation! Well, it worked for me when we went to Vegas, so I'm hoping to do as well on this trip. I actually lost 1 lb on the Vegas trip, so hopefully I can do as well this time. I even cheated a little, but I guess we walked so much I burned it all off. I've made a plan to stay on plan by chosing places that have been reported to be Atkins friendly, so I think I can do it.
