I moved my Wednesday run to today because my dh was home this morning and won't be tomorrow. I did 5 miles in 56 minutes.

Sounds like you did quite a bit of cross training. Good for you! DH got a yard vacuum that sucks up the leaves and mulches them. We love it! Gone are our raking/bagging days. What position does your DS play? I am a hockey girl!


I am hoping to try and do a jog on the TM...have never done...just my brisk walk..always think everyone is watching me and I am going to look funny cause I am so not a runner!
Awesome job Liz! You're doing fabulous. I'll do my long run on Saturday. This week I'm scheduled for 9 miles so we'll see how that goes. That is fabulous you feel great after 7.5 miles. Anytime I go much over 6 miles I'm always tired the rest of the day



oddly, for me the back half is always much easier than the front. Anyone else experience that ...in other words my last mile is easier than my first and so on...
