I've got a surprise brewing for my nephew as well. He lives in Connecticut and he is spending the month of August with us here in Ohio. Actually he will fly into Ohio and spend 2 weeks here before we head to Disney World. He knows he will be here, but doesn't know about the Disney part yet. When we have gone in the past and done a countdown the 10 day mark has been a big to-do. So, I plan to tell him 10 days out. My sister and BIL will meet us down there after a week and after 10 days at Disney, they are taking him to Universal before heading home.

I know the secret is difficult. I am already counting down...38 days! and I keep wanting to call him to share my excitement.

So, Mare, where are you staying? Any ADR's planned?

Awwww, that is too sweet . Keep it up you can do it!!!!! I know what you mean about fireworks other than Disney's own. As we were outside watching our town's fireworks, my DH, both DDs, and I all said that this is nothing compared to Disney. We too have been spoiled by Disney fireworks, and the funny thing was my DD9 wanted to go home during the middle of it because she was getting really bored by them. People around us must of thought my family was nuts because we kept sing "Wishes" while we watched them. My DH even said that the finale was more like the intro to Disney's Just over 2 months and we will be able to see the real thing

Back in March, my mom told me that if we were going to do a three generation Disney trip, we had to do it this year bc my Dad may or may not retire next year. They wanted to go while they were still working full time.

Kids are: DS(10), DD#1(7) & DD#2(21mths)

Anyway, we decided, we'd make it WDW a surprise. Then, FL would be a surprise. All secrets.

7/5 was the ten 10 days and counting till we leave. How was I going to pack, prep for the plane and not get anyone suspicious about what was going on?

So I told them we're going to visit an Aadvarck Farm in Arkansas (it was DH's idea) and I wanted to check it out as an investment for college and retirement fund. (Ridiculous, I KNOW!!!!)

Guess what? They bought it!! DH caught them googling everying about aardvarks on the computer yesterday AM. They're actually think we're going to Arkansas!!!!!

I was hoping they would figure out I was kidding and try to guess what was really going on. 3confused3

Hope their not too disappointed that we're going to WDW instead.
