Doing IoA/USO this Thurs and Fri

Any ideas what I might be looking at crowd-wise? We'll be doing IoA on Thurs and I'm trying to scope out all the WWOHP tips and tricks to minimize waits for things like Butterbeer and of course FJ. We are very excited about the trip, and hoping we won't need Express Passes to tour the rest of the parks.

So, how bad do you think it will be? Any advice?
