Doing Disney with headaches

I've been to Disney twice since ive had bad headaches everyday but still have had a few times where I have to sit out of rides my family wants to go on. Any suggestions how to beat it?

Maby take an asprin or an advil or put a wet face cloth on you face for 5 minutes
