Doing Disney: Adult Style

This is maybe a dumb question. I will like to know how you decided the places where u are going to eat?? I'm from Puerto RIco and I am doing a SOLO (completely solo) trip. I will stay DEC 28 in POP. DEC 29 to JAN 3 Disney Cruise (no problem there with the food),and from JAN 3 to Jan 8 I'll stay again in a WDW resort. I'm not sure what dinning plans to make...

Check out the food forums. They have a ton of reviews, and fantastic picture threads. That helped me a lot.
