It is a go as I emailed Pam (wedding planner) and told her to go ahead and book the venue for...Thursday September 8th 2011 @ 5pm

We are still deciding on the reception venue as I want to see the menus for the lake side one. We ate there ourselves to check the food out and the menu was quite small and different, so I want to see what the reception menu would be like and if it has a bit more variety.

Thanx After having agreed yes to the Castle, Dave has now forbid me to change my mind, so yep we are doing it!!! Soooo excited, even more so now that dress shopping is on Saturday

Thank you I was talking to my wedding planner friend at lunch today and this is really going to be laid back and less stressful (fingers crossed) event planning. We were going through what we need to do and honestly its not that much

Really all we need to do now is find Dave a suit and the rest of the groomsmen, get my dress, finalise what ring Dave wants (he has picked out three different choices) and thats about it, the rest is down to Pam

The one by the lake is actually really nice, those pictures dont really do it justice but let me tell you that the food was AMAZING. I wanted more and more and more haha. It is nicer in the evening when the tables are decorated etc. I have some food porn pics I can share if you want lol.

The whole place is beautiful though and can't wait to go back

Well not much at all really, but I wanted to eat and not take loads of pics haha. Pizzas were sooooo good.

The lamb was to die for, it came with a 5 berry sauce that made it taste even better than it already did. I could have ate 2 more plates of the stuff.

The water was so blue, it's like being in the Caribbean

We are very relieved that we have finally found a venue and someone who knows what she is doing. She is English and speaks fluent Italian and seems to know everyone, so we know we are in good hands

How are we all doing? Happy its Friday?

So I have some free time this morning before work and I thought I would get a posting details for...

Day 6 - Tuesday 5th October

This day is dedicated to all things...

Am very excited about this day as I love WS

We will most prob have a quick breakfast at Captain Cooks, although thinking about it now maybe we could get something in WS, any suggestions?

Obviously we are going to hit every cart and country and also explore the countries properly. For instance can you believe I didn't know there was an indoor market place at...

We are also going to try out these for the first time too...

Also try and catch a showing of these...

...and also get some pictures of...

This exhibit looks really interesting as well...

Dinner will be at...

I hope we have a similar dining experience as last time, as it was alot of fun and the families we got chatting to were really nice

Our reservation here is at 8:30pm so I think that we will miss Illuminations, but fear not we will catch the show on this trip

Love your Epcot day. We've never been to Teppen Edo but were there when it had a different name. We've also never been during the FW festival, which sounds like a lot of fun.

Wow, another one who has never gone haha. The only things we haven't done yet that I want to do are Flower & Garden Festival and Star Wars Weekend. We will do Christmas again one day and maybe even new years if we can face the crowds.

Love Food & Wine though.
