It is annoying that us Europeans don't get in til late. Even more so that we would have to arrive a day early if we were to Cruise straightaway. But we don't mind that so much for next year as that means we get to have a few Dis Meets because of it

Thank you for the kind offer for the DCL D&B bags, but I think that I might get them next year when we go Cruise on the Dream. But you can still check them out for us and let us know how much etc (that is if you want to )

Am going to update with Day 1 soon, but just wanted to check in first and see how y'all are doing

We had a gym session today that went quite well, although I think I annoyed Dave being indecisive of what machines to go on (this is our second session and I don't have a program yet)

Also I think I am driving him crazy with Cruise talk as I YouTube-d some videos of the horn and played three different videos. Its so cool that the horn plays When You Wish Upon a Star. I have heard rumours that The Dream is going to play different songs instead of the one like The Wonder and The Magic. Am sooo excited to go on the Cruise, can't wait to book it

Feeling much better, thank you (and Mark feels great). Going to get my nails and pedicure done tonight.

Just read that it is official: LeCellier will be a 2TS for dinner and a 1TS for lunch beginning March 1, 2011.

Oh good - I am ready to throw in the towel - we have forgotten to make reservations for a restaurant in Vienna for Saturday night and now I am checking out restaurants on the internet - so far nothing I really like - I need a distraction!

Your Day 1 would be a NICE distraction!

Day 1 - Magic Kingdom

Our first full day at WDW and our first park of choice has to be MK...

Its sort of a tradition for us to do MK on the very first day, as to us it is Disney!

Today is an AM EMH day, so we are going to try and make it for Rope Drop at 8am, take a few pictures along here...

(thats supposed to be Main Street, for some reason we have no MS pics )

Once the initial shock and awe has subsided at being in our most Happy and Magical Place on Earth, we will then make our way over to one of the big rides and get a FP for that.

Then we will hit up Fantasy Land and go on a few rides there like...

Hopefully now the fast passes will be ready to use and we can have a ride on it. Then we'll go and pick up another fast pass for one of the other mountains.

After that we might go back down to Main Street to get a cinnamon bun as big as my head and have a mini break, before hitting either...

Have to stop here as it's getting late, but next up is "Where will we lunch?"

We didn't find another restaurant yesterday, so I guess we'll just ask at the hotel if they have a recommendation - otherwise we'll find "something" while touring the city!

After we have roamed one either Tomorrow or Adventure Land, then off we go to use one of our FP's for the other Mountain. Hopefully after that it will be time for our 2pm ADR at...

We will most probably catch the start of this...

After the parade, I might try and harass Dave to go and line up to see...

Then after meeting a Princess and her Prince we will grab a FP for...

and then catch a ride on...

After Pirates, I think we might go and get one of these babies...

Whilst enjoying a yummy dole whip we sit back and relax and do a bit of people watching and then wander around...

...before the park close for MNSSHP. After that I guess we will catch...

...back to the Poly to relax a bit more, maybe browse around the stores and then head to the room to smarten up for our ADR at...

We have a 9:25pm ADR, but we might try and make it a bit earlier and if we can order our appetisers and go upstairs to watch...

Then back downstairs to enjoy a yummy meal before ending the night with a romantic stroll around the tiki lit paths of the Poly

Stefy, there is no need to go up and down during your meal - the California Grill is ON the 14th floor!

If you get lucky and you get a table by the window you can even enjoy the fireworks while enjoying your meal!

Love the rest of your day 1 plans - and ending the first day at the California Grill is wonderful! Well done!
BTW, if you love chocolate - save a little room for the Valhrona molten chocolate dessert at the CG - it IS devine!

Now THAT ^^ looks gooooooooood!

I think I am going to have one of the flat breads and then the bison as I hear it's very nice. Never had bison before so it should be interesting.

I am hoping to not 'jump' when in the graveyard scene at The Haunted Mansion. Last time this random head jumped out from behind a tombstone and scared the crap out of me I am easily startled by loud noises and such things for some reason lol. I remember Stefy laughing at me in the cinema during Dead Mans Chest when Will is looking for Jack on the island. He walks along following the little piece of string and these eyes just appear in the bushes! The guy then jumps out to grab Will but man that made me jump! It wasn;t even because it's scary, it was a sudden movement I think and I even knew that something was going to happen

I cannot wait to ride Mickey's Philharmagic, it is my favourite ride in the world. I get to do what I want on my birthday so I might make Dtefy ride it with me over and over and over and over
