The next day we went to US. I think out of the whole trip and apart from Dave proposing, this was the best day of the entire trip (for me). There were no crowds and I felt at ease/peace wondering at my own leisure. Dave was the same, but then being a typical Libra, he usually just goes with the flow

On with the pictures.

After riding Shrek we came across these guys.

Donkey was awesome, really interacting with us. He even made fun of Fiona's ring saying how mine was all real and fancy, unlike hers which wasn't a princess ring like mine We are so going back to find him this year.

After US, we hot footed it over to IoA, but it turned into more of a stroll because as I was slighly knackered by then and didn't realise the walk was pretty long.

General thoughts on IoA is that I like it, but I think I prefer US TBH. But that might change once we check out TWWoHP.

We ended the day with one of my fav beverages

Pre-holiday purchases.

Was browsing the net and got this email through from an online shoe store and I have fallen in love with these

They are really cute and so me (Love Rocketdog shoes).

I also love Puma shoes esp these types as they are perfect if you don't want to wear trainers and are alot more comfortable than normal pumps. These are more sportier, meaning more cushion on the feet.

What you guys think?

Lol I love the fact that you didn't include the little story that went along with our Spiderman encounter! Basically we were walking through this little pathway following the signs to meet him when just as we were about to walk through the door Spiderman jumped out of nowhere and scared the crap out of us!! Stefy went bright red and I couldn't stop laughing lol.

Disney doesn't give out the birthday fast passes any more do they? I know the new promotion of Give a day get a disney day is running but I was just wondering if they still did that. Anyone know?

I would love to go to Universal, but for now it doesn't fit for us budget wise. Shrek/Fiona/Donkey would be a blast to meet though.

OK, who were those girls with Beetlejuice? I don't remember them from the movie.....?

I like the pink Puma's (and I apologize in advance for being completely unaware of this) but they look like they would be worn out quickly. Do they hold up well?

I meant the what will you celebrate promotion. I know it ended rather suddenly as the Give a day promo sprung up very quickly but I wasnt sure if they were still doing it. When we booked I was looking forward to getting some birthday fast passes, wasnt fussed about disney gift card or anything like that and I dont want to seem perk mad either. Though the first time we went we had great luck (was wearing birthday pin) and we got to ride in the front of almost every big ride we went on. Space, splash, Big Thunder, dinosaur and everest. That was awesome

We had such a great day and it was a welcome change from the crowds at Disney and some of the rides were pure awesome. Especially The Hulk and The Mummy.

Great Universal pictures! We're headed there for the first time this summer and I'm excited. Though I don't think we'll be as lucky as you with no crowds because we'll be there right after Harry Potter opens

Universal is likely going to be something we do when we go back to WDW after the new Fantasyland is done. This December trip we're really hoping to put any extra cash, promos, deals/codes, whatever toward an upgrade in accommodations. My older son would love to stay at the Contemporary.

I love Starbucks My fav beverages are:

Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Strawberries & Cream Frappa
Caramel Cream Frappa

I am not a big coffee drinker, so thats basically all I get from Starbucks. But I am going to try Kona Coffee this year because I have heard it is pretty awesome

I really want to get them now, but have done my spending for this month. So might get a pair next month. I know its early for Summer shoes, but you know me, I'm not the patient type.

You should really try and go to US/IoA sometime. The kids would just love it and I am sure you and the hubby would too.

If those Puma's are anything like the ones I had before, they are super comfy and I wore them on my last trip to Disney. They are super cushy inside, almost like trainers/sneakers but girly pump style

Oh yes please! I cannot wait for the next update on your second trip and a few extras from DLRP would be nice as well!
We have decided NOT to do our annual Halloween trip to DLRP this year! Our APs have expired and I would rather do another February trip to WDW again.
