Yes, I we took our desserts once and some other foods from Rose & Crown and I know other non-buffet restaurants will box up. The only issue is if you aren't headed straight back to your room, you have no way to keep it at a safe temperature, but, yes, they will.
Thank you! We have an after lunch ressie at B&C for a kitchen sink I figure if we're still stuffed around dinner, then we can take the food back to our room and eat it for a really late night meal. We would probably be leaving EPCOT right after dinner anyway. Thanks again!
They will box it up but we have never been given a bag to put the box in so if you have a lot of food left to put in the boxes it might be hard to take it back with you.
We have done it several times. Finding a time to eat it can be difficult though if you are on the DP because we tend to be filled up by lunches and dinners and aren't looking for snacks.
One time we ate a couple of fabulous desserts for breakfast the next day. Not the best nutrition, but heck we were on vacation.
We were once allowed to take home our bread at 'Ohana. We had only eaten a little and it was our 1st loaf, we didn't taken any other leftovers with us. The server was really hush hush about it. But typically any non- buffet or non-family style restaurant will box up anything for you.
We took home some pasta from Mama Melrose and they boxed it up and put it into a bag like you get at one of the shops throughout the parks, so it looked like I was just carrying a souvenir bag.
