I know there is a lot of discussion on the room-ready policy & the ability to make requests...and I guess it simply isn't clear to me.
When are the "requests" applied? Wouldn't you assume that if it is room-ready, your requests only apply at time of check-in...and at that point wouldn't it be easier just to verbally ask if you have anything available/ready in xyz location?
Why bog down the reservation & MS phone lines with the room requests if the rooms are actually assigned upon arrival?
Am I missing something?
