Doesn't Disney exercising ROFR hurt Existing DVC Members?

what was the lowest you remember OKW pts selling for during 2008-2009? i could have sworn a contract got through for $25-30 per pt...i just remember it sounded ridiculous...

I haven't followed prices as much as some or I did years ago. The problem with looking at prices in this environment is that there is a lot of variability. I'm confident I could get a contract cheaper than most if I so chose. However, you've got to be willing to lowball listings, be told no and take chances on ebay, etc. I turned down VWL recently for around $43 a point on a smaller sized contract in the mid 100's. Personally I think DVC is overpriced resale currently, esp VB and HH. Getting that great deal can be some work.
